How To Register

Step 1:

Get your team roster together! All players must have a profile on our MiLife Website to be on the team; full names and shirt sizes need to be filled out. You can find the full team form here: MiLife Team Registration Form.pdf

Step 2:

After one of our MiLife Team members creates your team, you’ll get an email notification letting you know your team in now in, and can then log on and pay your team fee. You must submit a single payment for your entire team at the time that your team is created. This can be paid online with a credit card. Step 3:

All team players must create a profile through our website in order for us to add them to the team. This must be done by the registration deadline in order to receive team shirts. (We have flexibility on this, but needs to be communicated to MiLife Management)

Step 4

Prepare yourself for an awesome season with all your friends and get ready to meet a lot more during games and at one of our postgame bars!

Team Pricing

MiLife Sport & Social Club offers special pricing if you are able to bring in a full team for one of our sports leagues. These prices are set for a specific number of people based on our team size minimums, each player you add beyond this is specified in the table below. Full teams must submit their roster and a single payment before the registration deadline in order to qualify.
